What desktop adds

The web app, with the desktop extras

Its own window
Rodeo opens in a dedicated app window instead of a browser tab, so it stays out of your tab pile.
A native menu with shortcuts
Commands live in the menu bar with their keyboard shortcuts shown beside them.
Quick capture from anywhere
A global shortcut (Cmd+Shift+Space on Mac, Ctrl+Shift+Space on Windows by default) opens quick capture over whatever you are doing. You can change it.
Links that open the app
rodeo:// links open the right page in the desktop app.
Updates itself
The app checks for new versions and updates in the background.

System requirements

Mac: macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. One universal download for Apple silicon and Intel.
Windows: Windows 10 or later, 64-bit (x64).
