I didn't get my sign-in link
Links arrive within a minute and work for 15 minutes. Check spam, then request a new one. On your phone, open the link on the same device to land straight in the app.
My phone isn't getting notifications
Allow notifications for Rodeo in your phone's settings, then sign out and back in so the app registers again. You'll get a push for mentions, replies, assignments and reminders.
Can I edit on my phone?
Yes. Pages you open in the app edit live alongside everyone else. Some blocks, like equations and diagrams, open on the web to edit.
How do I save something from another app?
Use the share sheet and pick Rodeo (“Save to Rodeo” on iPhone). Links, text and images become a new page in your current workspace.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. On the web, use Settings → Account, or rodeo.so/account/delete. Our privacy policy explains what's removed and when.
